FERC Information
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is the lead agency responsible for reviewing both the Jordan Cove LNG and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline project applications. In issuing a certificate and order for the project, the FERC works closely with other state and federal agencies, many of whom are responsible for issuing other permits related to the terminal and pipeline.
All FERC documents relating to the project are available for review online at www.ferc.gov. In order to access the information, you’ll need the project docket numbers. The docket number for the Jordan Cove LNG terminal is CP07-444-000. The docket number for the Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline is CP07-441-000.
